Chips....

Got some nasty little chips in my front bumper. Can anyone advise how to sort these. Will obviously need paint as they are through to the plastic. So far I havn't been able to find chip repair pacs in Storm Grey....would I need a special primer for the plastic?

Does Renault not do one? I got a racing blue one from them. £8.50.
