Check injection limp help

I need help this morning when cold my 200 spat out and then the injection check limp mode came on the car wasn't being ragged as it was cold once warm the car did it 2 more times on the way to work seems to do it around 6k revs
could this be coils

I was driving it for about 3 minutes first time then got stuck on the a12 near me for a hour left the car running and when it started moving again it happened twice

3 minutes probably isn't long enough to get the car warm enough to take it to around 6k, especially this time of year, should take it easy for the first 10-15 mins to get the oil up to temperature and for everything in the engine to get enough heat into it,

Just take it abit easier for a little longer on your next commute or run out and then open it up see what happens, these cars really don't like cold starts

I always start mine and leave it on the drive way for 5 minutes before I go anywhere, pays dividends not having to worry about horrible cold start jerkiness first thing in the morning.

Usually I find that after 5 minutes in the morning the water temp gauge is coming up, then just take it easy on revs for the next ten mins.

Thanks guys sorry should have been abut more clearer first time it wasn't over 6k revs first time was about 3k the other times were 6k I have just been a checked the car and my map sensor was very very loose I have done the cable tie to secure it down went for a road test and it seems to have done the trick feels more powerful to what do you guys think does this seem right ?

yeah sounds about right, a air leak on the inlet will throw that light up, i forgot to reconnect a breather on mine once when removing the inlet manifold, it didnt like it one bit
