Cheapest / Best quality MP3 sites?

Looking to download some new tunes for the car. Anyone know of a cheap site with good kbps speeds? Not bothered with ****ty Itunes or Napster !!
 
iTunes is great, just overpriced. We get all our music from Amazon now.

I've tried a couple of other sites but had loads of hassle with them so cant be bothered anymore
