Cheap escort track car

Looks a decent buy for £2,500. Lots of decent track cars around for that money, I think my money would go on a Clio 182.

That's lovely

Cheers Chi, hopefully see you Sunday aswell

as much as he likes the idea of a clio, we are both ford in many ways, and he just saw this and fancied it...
one of those 'I really like that' moments.
hes already got a MK1 FRS, Mondeo ST, Kuga and RS kitted Transit for work on the driveway. So getting him to deflect was always going to be a challenge.

Looks fantastic. Proper neat build which is always nice to see

I agree, looks tidy for what it is.
nice price aswell even if he only gets a good year out of it.

With a HPE engine in it.....

I just seen a 4 door brown mk2 for sale just past Haltwhistle in Northumberland for £5995 and that is just a 1.3L

I recall passing my driving test and looking at MK1 & 2 escorts to be my first car and they had price tags of around £700.
i wish now if bought loads and just stored them for all these years, I could have retired by now

I had a couple of S2 ERST, a few years ago, they weren't worth half of what they are now. I wish I'd done the same. One only 50,000 miles on it

I've got a mk6 Rs2000 ( horrible car I know) but it's currently having an operation. 2.1 zvh turbo going in. All caged out and polybushed, big valve head ect.. Should be around the 300bhp plus mark when finished.
