Hahaha i'll be attempting the ill fated smash and swap in Rodley as I'm up for the weekend so if your free afternoon / evening time I'm around!

Definately more plastic than metal in the cup

I'll be away this weekend buddy, although it would have been cool to see you. Maybe being many miles away is the best bet though, by the way things are being discussed :smile:

Update:

Managed to get the old two off with some electrical tape and a Stanley knife no problems, come to the fit the new one and they don't fit properly :censored:
So for the time being car has no centre caps!

Just my luck :chris2:

Agh, sods law mate! After all the hype and build up, and avoidance of the area :smile: So you thinking they've sent thr wrong ones, or they're just a naff set?

Not sure .. think they're just slightly off? I've tried 2 on 2 different wheels and can't get them to sit flush

Hmm, maybe worth getting some more feedback off members who've bought some as well, to see if they've had similar issues?? As Shuv said, there's been a couple of people that have had them, so perhaps you've been unlucky with the ones you've received.
