Cant get ''SERVICE DUE'' off

i know how it should be turned off as i have done it the last 4 years but i just cant get it to go off.

It came on about 1 month ago on the dashboard panel with the wording ''Service Due'' . I have tried holding in both buttons any length time with and with out the engine running.

The funny thing is the big orange spanner symbol is has not come on and im sure it always came on before,

Also i have seen a picture where it says ''Service Due Now'' and mine justs says ''service due''??????

Mine said "service due soon" dealer sorted it

Should be able to navigate to the service Indicator screen and then hold down the top button for 10 seconds.

That should clear it

yes i know mate but its just not working , also it allows me to scroll through from 'service due' message to the ''no message'' indicator which im sure if your service light is on then the '' no message'' screen gets replaced by '' service due'' message.

- you don't, I only held in top button
