Can sill kick plate aluminium "badges" be bought/replaced

I don't know why or where it has happened but I have 2 crease dents in the long renault sport plate on the drivers sill. It looks like an adhesive backed affair . Does anyone know if these are obtainable on their own from Renault?

You can buy them from Renault, they are the same part each side and cost around £58 each.. or you could just buy a pair of carbon fibre ones

thanks boys, ive sold a kidney and ordered an oe part. Just spent a delicate half hour removing the existing one!!
