camber and toe adjustment

sorry if this seems a silly question but how is the front camber adjustable on a 200 cup? also what is the adjustment range?i.e max camber. also is the rear camber/toe adjustable or does it require shim kits?

if anyone has a suspension diagram that would be most helpful

unrelated to your question but i cant help but notice your avatar, 200 racing blue with white speedlines looks tasty, have u any pics to post?
 
yes i've got some very nice pics just need to download free photoshop to blank the NO.plate! laptop has got no programs whatsoever will do a newbie intro thread as soon as i get them sorted :worried:
 
I'm not sure about the shims mate.

Get in touch with Matt at TDF in the traders section. They used to have a 197/200 cup racer.
