Unless you're welling to spend a fair bit of money it's cheaper easier and more reliable in the long run to use a template over so something like word press or a well established ecom system.
Lots of people think they can design websites but few are actually any good.

hosting is very cheap on the most mate £40 a year tops unless you start getting serious traffic to it.
you will buy a domain and then host. Most host then allow you to use email so it will be say info@domain.co.uk
its not difficult once you get used to it.
