Caliper seizure

My n/s rear caliper has seized and has worn away both the pad and disc, i have now unseized the caliper but now need new discs and pads. Should renault replace the rear pads and discs under warranty? i know that wear and tear items are not covered but surely when it is due to a failed component warranty should come into play?

only way to find out is ask/take it to a dealers

not surprised the calipers sieze - theres no "service" for the brakes other than when they wear out
