That green fiesta (2nd vid) had phil glew in it, either driving or giving out tips.

My videos will be up at some point ....

Even the one of your slide twig "pressured much "

What were you times for the day twig

I'm not 100% sure, I've not actually sat down and watched all the video.
I can safely say Sunday was a bit of a learning experience though, being used to managing road tyres the R888s feel a lot different at least to me. If you point the wheels in a direction they generally follow suite rather than under steer massively.

Still perfecting the best way to navigate mansfields, going in fast really doesn't work but entering slowish and submitting to a certain a amount of understeer on exit seems to work (needs a LSD  )

i was on the same R888's and did not "realy" feel i needed a diff .

Times after watching vids back seemed good too.

No doubt though one would help .

Too much £££ for me though

Videos are great quality, great day for it too !

What pressures were your running the 888's at ?

Started with 30psi a corner and esp on. Following the 'moment' arron mentioned I dropped them by about 4psi at the front and turned off the horrible esp (its too agressive imo).

Then proceeded to have a good day  . I'll try messing more with pressures another time.

I was running 2 bar hot had a passenger pretty much all day though ...
Got out on track as much as I could however in the afternoon had 3 sessions in diffrent cars giving tuition :-( so did not get much time in the afternoon having done it 3 times this month already though I was also getting a little bored ...:-(

That its a shame there wasnt one clean lap as youd easily have got quicker than a 1:52

On a set of decent tyres i was astounded as to how well the clio holds itself on track. You are a very aggressive driver and it went exactly where you put it!!

Why people buy the 200 and instantly think it needs coilovers i do not know.

I now know what the car is capable of, and its far more capable than i am as a driver so its me i need to work on not the car.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I've just got back from a day at cadwell in my 182, awesome track!! So fast! Well suited to the clio's!

Certainly a track you have to spend time getting to know before you really push it. You cant see the exit of most corners as you enter, and then you cant see the next corner untill you are upon it.

Very fun as a passenger
