Broadband Providers..

I've had Sky Fibre broadband for about 5 years and have always been very happy with it. I've also never paid full price for it, as they always come up with a special offer for me. I don't usually get the max quoted speeds, but (touch wood) the service is consistent, never drops out and is more than quick enough for what I need it for. Recommended.

+1 on SKY customer service too, I cannot fault them at all for this. They always have deals available if you take the time to ask for them. Their online chat is my preferred way of communicating, however their call centres seem to be in Scotland, and any time I've had to talk to an actual person (introverted, me??) they've been incredibly helpful.

I know that Virgin broadband would be faster, but I'm not sure I would benefit from the extra speeds - I don't download a lot, main use is Xbox stuff and 'browsing'.
