the black rubber things are for P-clips if you want to fit them and keep the lines out of the way

bike lines have them but i alway cut them off

Sorry to revive an old thread but looking buy some hel braided lines and wondered if the lines are exactly the same for the clio 200, as can only find the fitment for 197 and another for the r27. Just making sure before I buy them

Not sure what that is referencing. If you look on HEL's website (http://www.brake-lines.co.uk/automotive/renault/clio-mk3/) there are 2 items listed for a Renaultsport:
REN-4-116-X (Mk3 R27 F1 Team)
REN-4-115-X (Mk3 197)
