Boring, boring recaro post again.....

Tissue paper-like recaro cloth got two holes coming through...Guess where?? Divers side bolsters!!!! Any idea about how I get seat repaired? May takes seats out and have more hardy material put into side panels on both seats? Don't want leather...too expensive.

Have you got a quote for half leather? From what I have heard its not too expensive.

I would get them done in a different material but you would obviously need to do both sides.

I would have thought the other option would be to speak to someone in the know about buying a replacement base, Twingogeekeo should be able to help with that.

There was a 200 replacement base on ebay recently.

The bases look to be interchangeable, the fasten with 4 bolts underneath, so if you swapped both seats over you'd have fresh material to wear away

Only trouble would be that Litcy's interior will be the silver finish, same as mine, rather than the yellow one from the 200's. As I say Twingo should be able to help if the OP hasn't sorted it out another way
