Black strips on doors faded

Need some help regarding the serious fade on the black strips on my doors. Not sure whether it would be ok to use some black trim wax to restore it to its former glory?

Has anyone had this problem too?

Rip it off and replace with vinyl off eBay there's a how to on here, the Renault stuff is quite crap really. Also the Renault stuff is hard to put back on whereas eBay vinyl especially the bubble free stuff is easy to reapply

Yeah, I had my B pillars wrapped in a subtle () carbon fibre effect wrap for £10 and it looks a lot better. Can't remember how much Renault wanted for replacing the rubber but it was something extortionate.

A just use a bit bck to black stuff on it everytym i polish the car does get abit annoying tho

Don't take them off. Get some meguiars ultimate protectant, it will help.
