Autoleads for 197?

Does anyone know if auto leads (or another company) make a cable bundle so that I can use the audio stalks behind the steering wheel with an aftermarket Sony head unit? Or do you have to sacrifice these controls when you change the head unit? Sorry if there has already been a post about this but I couldn't find anything appropriate.
