All I have had is renaults in my 12 year of driving and if [MENTION=4323]Gez[/MENTION] gets done over by renault il def be thinking twice about buying another renault!!! Very poor customer service.

Theres bigger issues with renault bar the w*nk customer services hence why I have moved on

Not sure it's "Renaults" fault on his car not being sorted. Renault will only go on what the dealer is telling them.

But having had a lot of bits being fixed on the 200 and even the 265 Trophy having had a lot of work done it shouldn't, it has put me off quite a bit.

I've spent circa £150k on cars/extras and tbh I'm considering not buying them again.

Had I not found smithandroper i wouldn't have bought another years ago and here lies the issue. Some dealers are good and others not but the issue lies way beyond Renault imo and my sister has had similar issues with mec and BMW on M3's and amg's.
