Any ideas what this is?

Hi, it’s been a while. This bit of wiring got caught when coming off a transporter. Any idea what it is and what it will affect?

Second lambda sensor. Looks to have been ripped off too

Yea I would go along with that but it looks like it has pulled the wires out of the lambda itself you have a high chance of a short circuit until you get it disconnected from the plug.
