Any carpenters/3D printers around?

I need something made out of wood or 3D printed and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I don't have a CAD drawing so would need one to be created too. I'm looking at getting the following item made for a LG G3 which can be provided for dimensions etc:

MY best pal is a Master Carpenter he's in Germany but comes over regularly he could do it if you have dimensions

I appreciate the offer, but i'm beyond terrible with measuring and writing dimensions!
