Am I missing a bolt?

Just had cambelt done and thought i should check coolant. Noticed that it looks like there is a bolt missing?

Nothing there in mine either when i bought it. Well; unless you now count the one i fitted and the plastic cap(s) i put over the top to cover some of those 'ugly' looking fixings / bolt heads up.........

Seriously; Point is - what you're seeing is completely normal as far as i'm aware.

can confirm mine doesn't have a bolt there either...
