alternative to carb/brake fluid

hi as above i'm looking for better option instaed of those .
i want something that clean metal/iron and so on like they plastics/paint friendly (it can clean them too or not no matter but atleast wont harm the parts around as i said plastics paint rubber etc)
after oil service everything is covered by oil and its kinda bothering me to clean with carb/brake cleaner and be so carefull instaed of spraying all over and wipe off

no one is cleaning the oil filter area after a oil service ? :liambo:

You need some engine de greaser (like autoglym) or similar to do the job.
