akrapovic exhaust

I've done exactly the same but modified tips to achieve the oem look as i don't really like the 200 diffuser neither visible exhaust ends

Hey Yiannis, great to see you still have your car, it's like the twin of mine, but better cared for haha.
Do you have any tips for doing this? (No pun intended) I've always hated the look of mine but too scared to get the angle grinder on it. At least then I can finally sell the carbon trims I've been hanging on to for no good reason.
Just be brave I guess??

Yeah I still have it but currently SORN because I literally haven't got time to drive 2 cars - I'll service it and put it on the road next year though because I miss it greatly:smile:

What I did was buy 2 tips from a different exhaust manufacturer (the Akra tips are very narrow to be able to fit in the diffuser tunnels), cut the Akra ends and weld the tips. A lot of trial fitting to make sure I get the angle right before fully welding. Hope that helps.
