I need to remove and replace the A Pillar windscreen trims. Not ordered replacements yet so not sure if just need the plastic that reattach the rubber seals to or whether comes all together...trim and seals.

Anyway any suggestions on removal before I start pulling away at them or are they bonded in with the windscreen and need autoglass etc to do it.
