it can but at that size your running the risk of creating a step between the throttle body and the inlet plenum
the bore into the inlet plenum is only cast and isn't perfectly round,it also only measures roughly just over 64mm,or mine does anyway
so unless you want to spend ages using a dremmel to enlarge the opening of the plenum then i wouldn't go bigger than 64mm
