Is it the normal:
Oil
Oil filter
Panel filter (I've got an itg filter)
Pollen filter
Spark plugs?

Mines not till December but want to buy parts now and not wait till Xmas time with no money lol
 
spark plugs are at 36000 mile intervals only...

but if near to 30k i would change them :thumbup1:
