3x3 seat belts

Ive only got 2 seat belts in the back of my 200 can I fit 3x3 belts as I have the magnet on the back were it sits but the slot where would normally comes out looks blanked.?
 
No as it's only a 4 seat car and if you had 5 in your insurance would be invalid
