225 engine question

Hey guys is there a difference in the phase 2 225 engine 2006 onwards? Or is it just the ECU?
Been offered a cheap 2005 engine kit!

Euro 4 ECU on the later models.

Thanks is the engine exactly the same tho pre and post 2006?
