200 Fog lamp surround trim

Does anybody know how to remove the plastic trim around the front fog lamps on a 200? Is it simply pull at them until they come out or will I break something if I do that?

Balls to that then. Looks like I'll be forcing the lamin-x in at the edges then!!

You dont need to take the bumper off just to laminX your fogs pal, theres a little 'flap' under the bumper below the foglight which will let you in at the 2 screws holding the fogs in jus whip them out :thumbup1:
