197 wont start after gearbox change

Right guys, ive just completed a box change on my 197 but it wont turn over.

Ive checked the starter and its fine, ive checked that its getting power and it is.

When i push the clutch/brake and then the start button its just turning on ignition but wont turn over.

Am i missing anything simple here?

It was the earth from the battery onto the gearbox [emoji102]
