    Next car.....????

Thats the problem with the clio, its so good for the money its hard to beat and if you want something 'better'/ different but as new you have to spend alot of monies. I went for a focus rs in the end because insurance on the tvr t350 i really wanted was rediculous at 21 :(

Anyone come from something much more powerful?

I havent gone from a quicker car but to a more powerfull car. I do at times the clio of just how easy it was to drive quickly it was evertless and fun, i did test drive a meg 250 and although faster it was alittle too tame for me as it didnt feel especially quik in a stright line and the clio...

    Remap

As said above not much gain to be had power wise. I had mine mapped to map out the flatspot fron the decat. Always best to get a before and after dyno print though to see actual gains. My ex made 194 then 201 once mapped.

If you post your location im sure someone local could point you in the right direction of where to go. I.e if in leeds rs tuning is the place to go. There is also plenty of threads about remaps if you use the search function.

    Ford focus rs!

I changed from 197 to focus rs, the power is a big step up and its much harder to get the best out of it around the back roads. As already said it does cost much more to keep running and the itch for constantly more power can be costly as its easily done. I can see why most people think the clio...

ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid

i used it in the clio, not on track but was a great improvement upon standard fluid on fast road, will be putting it in all my performance cars, cant fault it.

just shows how good the clio is in the twisties

This video dosent suprise me at all, iv owned the focus for a couple of months now and its a big handfull in the twisties and you have to have all your wits about you while the clio was easy to drive quickly and can make any driver look like an f1 driver. however, given a decent driver in the...
