    Hi, I recently changed my rear brake pads and made a complete hash of one side and ripped the rubber dust seal quite badly. Is it fairly straight forward to replace and do I need to be careful of anything? Cheers Doug

    Brilliant......many thanks to all who replied. The piston is shaped at the top. Suppose Renault have a special tool to make it easier :-(

    Help - Changing rear brake pads

    Hi all, I am changing the rear brake pads on my 197 but the piston seems stuck and does not want to go back. Is it that its just stiff or is there something stopping it returning back far enough to get the new pads in? Thanks Doug
