The buttons locks the car my key card unlocks the car but when I put my hand in nothing it worked fine then I had to pull the handle for it to unlock now it’s stopped working all together I’ve been in contact with the local dealers and they no longer do the hands I’ve had the car from new and...

my problem is it won’t unlock when I put my hand in so that’s the sensor in the mechanism?if so where can I source 1?I’ve been in touch with the local dealer they are asking me loads of questions do we have part numbers?

It's inside the car door trim pocket it fills up with water it's coming out of the speaker hole underneath I'm having to put something to soak it up I shut the door and it's dripping loads!!could it be a blockage somewhere ?.
