Well after doing it earlier only thing I can think of is when people are using a screwdriver to get the bulb out of the holder with it still connected which is bridging the connection and blowing the fuse

Thanks jimmy I've yet to see them in the dark yet will look after :) I think the flickering is just a bad bulb you get that sometimes I've had it in the past with my old cars. Yeah i got them from the links you posted the SMD canbus ones, nah dude it's childhood nickname haha

Thanks lads :D My numer plate bulbs finally turned up was a bit paranoid fitting them heard a few people popping fuses etc i soon realised what they were doing wrong tho. I also got myself a set of heko wind deflectors nice cheap mod. I plan on getting some pro race 1.2's in the gloss...
