If you are claiming through her insurance and she is at fault it shouldn't affect your policy no claims etc your not claiming through your insurance.

no worries hope it's a good one for you.Ask to start car from cold and check for crunching into gears I would expect it to have had cambelt done on an 09 or 10 plate also quite expensive at around 600 quid.
