Just spoke to Jamsport and they haven't finalised it yet as they have been so busy , they are hoping to have it listed by the end of the month , ball park figures are £4000 to buy it in kit form or £5500 drive in drive out.

If the pedal stayed hard it's not fluid , it's a poor performing pad so would need a pad change

how did they feel when they faded ? If your pedal drops its the fluid at fault , if the pedal stayed hard it will be the pads fading , bleeding the brakes with a good spec fluid , or changing to a better compound pad would make the world of difference to the braking ability

I agree the standard brakes are very good , I haven't long had my 197 and i'm very impressed with the brakes , the previous owner fitted new pads which he told me were ' brembo ' pads , haven't checked to see exactly what they are but they do stop very well. I did the cliosport trackday...
