    removing rear seats - help

    I have started removing my rear seats. No problem with the base but the back rest is a little more difficult. How do you remove the shaft at the bottom of the back rest from the eye (connected to the body) that the shaft pivots on? Thanks

    Wiring diagram + where are the crossovers?

    Has anybody got a picture of the back of standard HU or an illustration including wiring diagram? Also where are the crossovers located? Thanks in advance.

    clio 200 dampers - on 197

    Does anybody know if the clio 200 lux dampers (softer by 15% over the 197) will fit the 197 lux. If so what are the part numbers? FYI - my car is mainly a road car and the roads in my area suck, bumps and divots everywhere!
