So did the swap yesterday. Relatively easy job if you know what you are doing. You technically can get to the foglight unit through the wheel arch but on the drivers side the washer fluid reservoir makes it really difficult to get to one of the screws so ended up taking the bumper off...

So I've been aware of a rust bubble developing on the common spot between the tailgate and rear window (In the middle) but was hoping it would survive until I had the time to sort it. Unfortunately I had my car washed today and realised they had stripped the paint off this area, presumably...

I also get a slow usage of oil in my car. Never found a leak but definitely uses more oil when driving at higher revs/faster.

That reader is pretty inaccurate, use it as more of a reminder to dip your oil. It'll totally depend on how you parked the car and if it's on a slope at all.

Ended up getting the £17 one as I just needed something relatively cheap. Looks like the 'branded' glass that came with the car wasnt enough to sustain a good stone hit anyway so why pay more. Will be fitting tonight so we'll see how that goes.

So just saw that my drivers side front fog light glass has had a stone go through it. Entire piece of glass is shattered but somehow still in the mount. Am I able to just replace the glass or do I need to replace the entire foglight unit? Struggling to find any other sources of the fog light...

So did the CBT and got the certificate. Just because of budget restrictions I'll have to start on a 125 for now (As much as I'd like to get a 300)

One of my main reasons for doing it now is I'll be commuting a bit of distance for the next year and the 197 fuel efficiency is so bad the bike will pay for itself over the year...

Tried banging both cats and no rattling/loose noises. The join between my middle silencer and backbox was blowing a bit so pasted that up but still have the noise.
