Sounds like symptoms of a blown flexi perhaps... Louder, sluggish, wrong air/fuel mix due to bad readings on your exhaust sensors because the flexi's have probably popped. Check your manifold flexi's. If it's particularly loud around that area, I'd start there!

Evening chap - I'm having a similar issue, fitted harnesses and removed factory seatbelts and getting the front pretensioner airbag light on. RSTuner software shows the circuit is open and when i plug the belts back in to the harness, the fault is cleared... Did you managed to resolve this and...

Uhh... I couldn't tell you but I did them as tight as I felt like they were when they came off.... If that makes sense?

I have the k-brace too. Can't tell you if it made any improvements but it doesn't cause any issues... @Maidens1979 - mine doesn't clunk so perhaps you might wanna investigate haha....

Good work... id just grab a second hand light from ebay/breakers and swap the bulb holder into your light. Light work and will be much cheaper!

Standard troubleshooting - is it the bulb(s), cluster or wiring that's causing the issue. Eliminate the bulbs being an issue by swapping known working bulbs over. Eliminate the wiring by tracing and checking & tracing connector blocks/wiring/earths/relays etc. Eliminate the cluster by testing...

Call me daft but have you swapped the bulbs around from the working cluster to the iffy cluster? Does it still happen?

Good stuff. I highly recommend the additional modules for ABS and Airbags also. Make sure you have a decent battery charger too (i think they recommend minimum 10amp).

Get it remapped - it's the change of exhaust that has caused the flat-spot... I had the same, remap has almost eliminated it entirely.
