Out of interest on your diagrams is the starter fuse between relay and starter? If so can you put power down the starter side of the fuse to manually energise the starter? Just incase I will nip up in my cup just so we can check voltages etc even though mine isn’t a keycard effort, some stuff...

There’s a little thermal fuse that looks like a rocket at the tip if its 0-4 manual speed controller

It could be the resistor if it’s a 0-4 dial? Or the speed controller if it’s a climate control type Easy to test by shorting out the plug for the resistor and effectively putting the fan on full speed, generally pick the biggest 2 wires and short them out while the engines running, fan should...
