What radiator are tou using? I guess just the Clio radiator? You can do all you like but fact is it's freaking small, remove aircon, fit the Meg radiator and you'll never have problems again!

I've found a problem with the AEM's 0-5v output, they don't have a sensor ground. If you don't ground the main ground at the same ground the ecu is tied to you will get fluxtuating results unfortunately. The ground are seperated on the OE sensor. 1 is sensor ground 2 is sensor signal 3 heater ground (switched through relay) 4 is live for heater and aignal Make sure the afr you get has a sensor ground if you want to log it. If it doesn't it won't have a stable output!
