Where to buy 200 Cup suspension.

First place I'd try is Renault parts direct, then Kam racing and then ALS performance.

    200 Tow strap bolt

The length of the adaptor I had meant that the tow strap sat behind the cover. This made it useless as a tow strap as the bumper would be ripped of if the car was towed at an angle.

    Both wheels have play?

Try Mick @ Diamond Motors in Long Eaton, Aaron's Autos in Derby or Mark Black at Midlands Renault Specialists in Worksop. I expect most will want to supply the parts. If you do want to source them yourself then R-sport are the people to use.

    Both wheels have play?

As Chris has said that is the lower ball joint. Where are you so we can recommend a garage to take it to to get done? The give away is the squeaking noise when steering at low speed.

    Guess the collection date(Prize)

Just realised who it is from your location. He'll do a good job of it as he has had a bit of practice at it, but two weeks was far too optimistic. I'll go for Thursday 12th October

Here it is in the eBay/spotted parts section. You need to a paid member to see it... http://www.clio197.net/threads/real-nice-guy-braking-a-black-200-cup-20k-miles-brum.57909/#post-665401

    Where to get these parts...?

If wanting new try Renault parts direct. Call them if the parts aren't listed. Otherwise there is a chap breaking a car mentioned on here that might have those parts.

    Trackday brakes

I get them direct from carbotech. A group of us use them with some running XP12. I changed up to a meg 250 earlier this year and still trying to get the brakes working as well as the Clio. The calipers are the same as the mk2 Megane 225/R26/R26.R for the Clio 200

    Trackday brakes

I found the ds1.11 crumbled at the edges and also wore the discs unevenly. I've not had any problems with XP10 on my car's which were/are weekend / track cars.

    Trackday brakes

I didn't have a problem running a similar setup. The larger discs and better cooling of the brembo caliper probably help. Any reason why you didn't go with xp10 again as I found them better than ds1.11?

    clutch

I had two delaminate after only a few 1000 miles. When I took it to Sean at Jade Developments he said he had similar experience and will no longer use the reconditioned units. Perhaps mine was just bad luck.

    Suspension Questions (Why & How)

The Rofag lower ball joints are definitely OCAP as I got two a few weeks ago. It might be that Renault has less control / influence in Poland and can't manage the supply of spare parts from their OE suppliers. The same applies to the supply of lemforder anti rotation links.

    Cup racer pads?

I only ran the PF08 for a wet then drying day at Rockingham. I think they were good, but kept them as a spare set after I swapped to carbotech xp10. I would certainly use them again. I've always run plain brembo hc discs and didn't really mind changing them relatively often as they are really...

    Cup racer pads?

I've bought DS1.11 and PF 08 pads from cup racer teams in the past.

    Clutch pipe

Exactly as Tom has said, if the clip is not put back on properly it can pop open. Happened on my car.

    Wishbone Balljoint?

Yes, I'm sure Rofag on eBay sell them, although they are expensive when you consider the price of a compete lower arm.
