Thanks, no i am running the OEM suspension at present. Don't think i will bother with lowering springs. Going to keep the OEM set up until it needs replacing and then probably go for KW V1.

I didn't sand it no, the grills have a fairly smooth finish anyway so I didn't want to possibly ruin this; all I did was thoroughly clean them before spraying.
the primer states it should be left for 24 hours, I gave it 4 hours and they were dry. The matt black coats were touch dry within 30...

You need to do something about that MPG figure though, way too high :)
I carefully placed a flat head screwdriver behind the grill next to the headlight and flicked the grill out. Just be patient and it should work for you.
Having owned my 197 since the end of April, it was about time i posted the little updates i have done with the car. Nothing major so far but i have a few things planned for the car during the remainder of 2014.
3k miles in and it's still awesome to drive.

Anything which has a strong motorsport/homologation history is destined to reach a high status hence the prices of the Integrale, E30 M3, Sierra Cosworth etc..... another problem is when performance cars reach a point in their life when they can be had for little money, they get into the wrong...
