Ive just read this from page 1 and wha a fantastic thread, superb attention to detail and love how you've kept the car original and refreshed many components.
Looks fantastic, great colour too. You may want to consider looking at Corbeau Clubsports if wanting to go for a Motorsport seat unless you wish to stay OEM.
I'd go for the Powerflex item to be honest, i had the torque mount done on my car a couple of months ago and after about 2 weeks its bedded in nicely. Going to change the upper and lower engine mounts next to Powerflex.
Road and track parts have good deals on Brembo, Mintex and Ferodo pads for the Clio RS models, also sells the brembo pin and clip kit.

Absolutely disgraceful standard of driving; consistently weaving around for no reason and is prepared to force someone off the road potentially kill them. He should never be allowed to race again IMO.
£6500 sounds very reasonable seeing as i paid £6350 for my 197 Cup back in April with 46k; 7 stamps and the all important belt service.
As for the tyres, some people do prefer to use a "fast road" tyre especially during the summer months; it does possibly indicate the car has been "driven" but...
