NEW Detailing products company : www.glosstar.co.uk

I agree completely. If you don't have something unique then it's very hard to get into a crowded market. You need to get in early, before everyone jumps in on it - like fitness clothing, loads of people now selling it. Knowing your customer is so important, the people that pay £5 for a valet...

NEW Detailing products company : www.glosstar.co.uk

I gave up!! Too much time and competition plus I made about £2 on anything I did manage to sell! Was a good learning experience though and I take my hat off to anyone who can make a living from doing anything similar. At least I've got enough cleaning products for the rest of my life

    Suspension and flat spot

Feel sorry for you! Hopefully the more you drive it the more you'll like it... seems a waste to 'give up' so soon!

Albi Blue F1 - pretty standard

Well, as you asked... :grinning: It was a UK model, so had the 3 litre flat 6 with 240hp. 4-wheel drive and manual, with Bilstein suspension as standard. It was an awesome, underrated car and I still think is one of the best all rounders (apart from mpg - circa 18!) Sold it to get the...

Albi Blue F1 - pretty standard

Hi all, So I got my F1 at the tail end of last year. I'm not massively into modding my cars and in fact I quite like to keep them standard. I do like to keep them clean though..! A few months back I bought some Gordini wheels from a member on here ( @Gordini ) and I finally got round to...

NEW Detailing products company : www.glosstar.co.uk

Little update; I've been working hard to try and get the website looking good and informative, with a working ordering system and contact form. I think I have done this now, but would appreciate any feedback on it. www.glosstar.co.uk It should work on laptops and mobiles well, but i have not...

Shuv that write up was fantastic, thank you for the feedback! Some criticisms you've made I have already been thinking myself; so they are some areas I definitely need to work on. Unfortunately the website is still a mess, which I urgently need to address. If anyone reading this thread is...

    431/500

New to the forum, I have recently bought number 431 in Albi Blue. It's much smaller than my last car so I'm much happier cleaning it!

    New R27 owner in Gloucestershire

Hi, I recently picked up an R27 - which was for sale by another member on here - top bloke too :) I'm from Cheltenham, living in Gloucester now, always around the area. So here it is... No plans for it, other than keep it clean and running nicely. Had a 182 in RB before, this certainly...
