No need to remove dash. Just pull rubber door seal away then ease the a pillar trim away from the a pillar. It will unclip leaving one clip attaching it a third of the way down, you have to rotate that clip in the slot and the pillar trim is free to remove
Yiannis197 yes same mirror although yours looks great in colour. I've measured today and the top edge of the screen mounting block is exactly 30mm below where the headlining meets the screen

No, the video laser system is completely different, it has a conventional SLR camera type zoom lens. The operative places a red dot over your number plate, locks your speed in then zooms in with you as you approach to get a nice mugshot of you :-)
