We run 225's not sure about the spacer requirement as we have always run them. They are only 10mm wider but some tyres are very square on the sidewall and give the impression of being much wider.

Eibach do make 15mm bolt on spacers (seen them on Fords)

I take on board every thing you state and I'm no bolt expert so cant comment on the stresses of 5 bolts / studs v 10 To look at it another way I prefer to have 5 bolts / studs inserted into a steel hub where i can easily check if they are tight With the bolt on spacer you have 5 studs inserted...

Have you tried Need to Insure or Pace Ward For the last few years we've been with N2I on a modified car policy that includes 5 or 6 trackdays

I would assume the piston kit comes with 4 replacement pistons, the rebuild kit will be seals only I don't think their kits come with new bleed nipples

Must admit I don't like spacers at all. Better getting the correct offset wheel. But if you run spacers (and Chris does) I would do as suggested above use a hubcentric slip on spacer (say Bimecc) and use studs and nuts. I wouldn't be happy with the bolt on type - you basically have 10 wheel...
