I should have tried it to be fair. Us NA peasants don’t have much pull down there though!

Is this gearbox mount seen it’s day?

Worth a go! I'm sure one of those methods will work, even if it does take some time

Is this gearbox mount seen it’s day?

Potentially. would say a pry bar would 100% be the fastest way if you can get it in there

Is this gearbox mount seen it’s day?

Was gonna say, i'm sure i used one when i did it! The worst bit was just getting the gearbox to release from the mount, the first time i did it i soaked it in wd40, jacked the gearbox up and down, jumped on the door sill and it wouldn't budge. Eventually it released by itself after about 30mins...

Is this gearbox mount seen it’s day?

I would recommend it, when I went from OEM to yellow powerflex it felt way better/tighter when changing gears. We did fit the torque arm, upper and lower powerflex mounts at the same time though so couldn't comment on whether you'd get much extra vibration with just that one.

This is interesting, we’ve been running them at 30 ish hot as well as I assumed that’s the way to go with basically all semi slicks. How much camber does he run? Looking forward to the DannyDC2 video, a clio seems very different to most of the stuff he usually drives.

It probably is for road use, especially for tyre wear! We went for a similar setup to the cup racers so sometimes it is a bit sketchy switching lanes on the motorway but as it’s mainly a track car we’re happy to compromise on comfort for some on track performance.

I’m fairly sure the thread is in the disk itself at the rear so they’re definitely fully screwed in

this is what it ended up looking like, 82mm studs on speedlines with 20mm spacer. sits perfect. They stick out quite a bit with the OZs but it’s not too bad. The dog approves.

Thanks @Beany, I’ve got some 2700 loctite yeah. one more question, sorry. is this right on the rear? should the shoulder be sub flush in the disk?

    Glacier White 200 Cup

Am I right in saying this would only be a cosmetic issue? so the below would be fine as the nut still has full engagement on the threads against the wheel, it just looks a bit odd because the the stud sticks out a bit further? triple checking i’m not doing anything stupid so the wheels don’t...

I got the small washer bottle in this afternoon in preparation for fitting some brake ducts soon. Got it to fit perfectly with the original filler tube, almost like i’ve done it before  I’ll be shamelessly copying @LiamP setup below with the corvette brake ducts I also fitted our...
