It’s not super difficult just a bit awkward, i used a hole saw to cut a hole in the front and the back and then a bit of dremeling to get it to sit roughly where it needs to go. then just used sealant to glue it in. The annoying bit is not getting a load of dust and debris in the headlight and...

More questions about removing the air con, i’ve got plugs for the condenser and compressor, am i safe to just cut these off and tape it up?

I just googled plastic pop clips and a load came up

Pretty sure it’s just a generic plastic clip like the ones that hold the bumper on the slam panel

Anyone have any tips on this fuel line connector? I'm struggling to get it undone buggered up a similar one going into the back of the inlet manifold so thought I'd see if anyone's done it recently rather than annihilating this one too :micah:

Stuck the sill plate back on this evening also stuck the DIY/ali express front RS badge on. it doesn’t look too bad from a few steps back! but the finish on the bracket isn’t great so might come back to it again at some point, but looks alright for now :thumb:
