I went to a local paint shop that I know did a good job of ly and asked them to just get me a small bottle of it. It worked quite well.

    lightweight pulley ?

There’s loads of people using the one you can buy from Rene on here (myself included) with no issues. There is another design (copy) but I haven’t heard any reviews for that. Id suggest to buy the one off here.

Meglio 200, the £700 car thats now 5k deep and still incomplete

ZeroPointOne do shifters for them too, you'll need the Megane one obviously. I think they're a bit cheaper than CAE and can be customised, but they don't come with cables as far as i know.

    My LY 200

Haven't been on here for quite a while, surprised at how quiet it's been. I was expecting thousands of un-read posts. Nothing much to report car wise, all is well. No new parts, no road trips but I did manage to get up to Knockhill at the start of October with a few mates. First time I've been...

    clio rs 197 shocks change

As long as they're 197 dampers they'll fit 197 springs but personally, unless they've been changed recently I'd do the springs at the same time and probably the top mounts.

    Another mapping question...

Sorry to disappoint you but the best you can hope for really is getting close to what Renault claim they had from new. You might be lucky and have a strong engine and get a couple of bhp more but that's all. You're right in that you won't notice the difference in terms of power, the car should...

The Definitive What Exhaust Do You Have Thread...

The thing to remember is you only see people complain if they have problems, so how many people have NOT had problems. I’ve only had mine on just under a year but so far it’s great, quiet when you want it to be and noisy (but not stupid loud) when you want noise. It also pops and crackles like...

    Diesel for short journeys?!?

You’re right that the dpf might get blocked but I think it’s more low load driving that blocks them. A motorway journey should let it re-gen, if it doesn’t and you end up getting a warning light it the car runs bad keep it in a lower gear the next time your on the motorway and it should re-gen...

    Magnetic sump plug

I can’t remember sorry. I’m sure I asked on here if you have a search, I think they might have even been a site trader at one point and I might have asked on their post (maybe).

    Magnetic sump plug

I put a goldplug one in my gearbox for peace of mind. It was well made and the magnet was very strong. I keep meaning to get one for the engine too, weather or not either of them will do anything I don’t know but it’s peace of mind.
