    Harness question

Has anyone got an rough indication of how much you would expect to pay for having a roll cage installed? I would be supplying the cage. So far I have had a quote of £400 for installation but I'm not sure if this is excessive or not.

    Harness question

The roll cage as pictured above appears to be bolted in, which would suit me better to be honest. I think the option is there for either bolted or welded.

    Harness question

Would I be right in thinking that the majority of roll cages need welding into place? Preferably I would like a removable option if it is possible.

    Harness question

Thanks for the advice :) I had a look at Ktec's offerings but as you say that has 'ktecs premium tax' on top. I considered contacting GSM Motorsport as they may have an idea of what the best approach is.

    Harness question

Never considered that, although the cage will probably come pre-powder coated so I have that issue. Interesting though as brosport is pretty much round the corner from me :)

    Harness question

Ah right! Well I currently use the Renault recaros although I heard mounting harnesses on the floor can be dangerous.

    Harness question

Didn't know that! Show's how little I do know about these things. I know people have mounted them to the floor before, but I've heard that isn't a great idea either.

    Harness question

Thanks for the information mate, I never really considered that although I do have an ultra racing rear strut brace so possibly they could be mounted to that instead?? I had looked online to see if I could find any information about mounting harnesses to a roll cage but it looks a little limited :(

    Harness question

Hey guys, Just looking for a little bit of advice regarding the following roll cage below. I was wondering if this would be suitable for use with harnesses, as I don't really have the greatest understanding of mounting harnesses or roll cages in general. Would I be right in thinking that the...

Best snow foam and best wheel cleaner?

I've tried a variety of different snow foams, currently using the following https://liquidelementsuk.co.uk/collections/snow-foams-lances/products/blizzard-advanced-snow-foam-tutti-frutti-edition (KKD Snow Foam) and find it does the job pretty well, also smells great too if your into that sort of...

    Interesting thought for you detailers.............

I refuse to use my screen wash and wipers once I've cleaned/detailed my car. Usually a good dose of rain repellent is sufficient enough to avoid the wipers or screen wash being used.
